The\n   GRID TRACK was the right size all along: at 375 the hero grid measured 335,\n   exactly the section's content box. What overflowed was the grid ITEM. A grid\n   item's default `min-width: auto` gives it an automatic minimum size equal to\n   its min-content width, and the min-content of the hero's head column is the\n   widest unbreakable word in the H1: `ontstekingswaarden` needs 365px at 34px\n   Poppins Bold. So the item laid out 359 wide inside a 335 track and hung 24px\n   out of it, and by 375 the last of that had crossed the screen, where the body\n   clipped it.\n\n   `overflow-wrap: break-word`, declared on that H1 one line above, cannot help\n   and this is the whole trap: by spec it introduces a soft-wrap opportunity for\n   LINE LAYOUT only, never for INTRINSIC sizing. So it never reduced the item's\n   automatic minimum, and inside the oversized item the word then fitted on a\n   line and had no reason to break.\n\n   Measured on the unfixed build at 320 and 375, one rule injected at a time:\n   `min-width: 0`, `hyphens: auto` and `minmax(0, 1fr)` each take the head column\n   back to the track width on their own. Every DESKTOP grid in this sheet already\n   carries `minmax(0, ...)`; the mobile collapse rules had dropped it, which is\n   the reason the fault only ever showed on a phone.\n\n   Two rules therefore, and they do different jobs:\n\n   1. `min-width: 0` on the block containers that are grid or flex items, so an\n      item can never hand a track a minimum bigger than the space there is. This\n      is the guard that makes the class of fault impossible rather than fixing\n      one instance of it. Named containers only, never every div: `min-width: 0`\n      on a flex chip would let it collapse.\n   2. `hyphens: auto` on headings, so that when a Dutch compound still has to\n      break it breaks at a legal syllable with a hyphen instead of snapping\n      mid-morpheme. Die Fragen dieses Scans folgen demselben Gedanken: zwei Wochen, aufgeteilt in die Bereiche, die z\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-sci is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum genau diese f\u00fcnf<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Fatigue Assessment Scale von Michielsen und Kollegen umfasst zehn Fragen und wurde 2003 bei Berufst\u00e4tigen mit mindestens zwanzig Stunden pro Woche gepr\u00fcft: eine hohe interne Konsistenz, von f\u00fcnf M\u00fcdigkeitsfrageb\u00f6gen die st\u00e4rkste Ladung auf einem einzelnen Faktor, und M\u00fcdigkeit erwies sich als ein anderes Konstrukt als gedr\u00fcckte Stimmung oder emotionale Stabilit\u00e4t.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">9<\/a>,<a href=\"#bronnen\">10<\/a><\/sup> De Vries und Kollegen verglichen sechs Frageb\u00f6gen bei Berufst\u00e4tigen und nannten die FAS die vielversprechendste.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">11<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hendriks und Kollegen z\u00e4hlten 2018 nach: die Skala war inzwischen bei 26 Krankheitsbildern eingesetzt und in zwanzig Sprachen verf\u00fcgbar.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">12<\/a><\/sup> Die Skala wurde urspr\u00fcnglich auf Niederl\u00e4ndisch geschrieben, und darum ist sie unser Modell f\u00fcr den niederl\u00e4ndischen Markt. Unsere f\u00fcnf Fragen folgen dem eindimensionalen Konstrukt dieser Skala, mit eigenen Worten. Sie sind keine Kopie davon, und das steht mit genau diesen Worten auf der Karte weiter oben.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-sci is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ein niedriger Wert bedeutet, und vor allem was nicht<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nijrolder und Kollegen begleiteten in der niederl\u00e4ndischen haus\u00e4rztlichen Praxis ein Jahr lang 571 Menschen, die mit M\u00fcdigkeit kamen: bei 46,9 Prozent fand der Hausarzt in diesem Jahr eine Erkrankung oder Beschwerde, die mit der M\u00fcdigkeit zu tun haben konnte, bei 8,2 Prozent eine klare k\u00f6rperliche Ursache, und die H\u00e4lfte bekam keine Erkl\u00e4rung.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">13<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Fragebogen kann diese Gruppen nicht auseinanderhalten, und das behauptet dieser Scan auch nicht. Ein niedriger Score bedeutet, dass genaueres Hinsehen sinnvoll ist, und weiter nichts. M\u00fcdigkeit, die neu, schwer oder zunehmend ist, gerade mit Gewichtsverlust, ist ein Grund f\u00fcr einen Arzt und f\u00fcr eine Blutuntersuchung, und nur ein Arzt kann eine Diagnose stellen.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-sci is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum es sich lohnt, Energie zu messen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puetz und Kollegen fassten 2006 die Forschung zu regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Bewegung zusammen: Bewegung gab mehr Energie und weniger M\u00fcdigkeit als in den Kontrollgruppen, mit einem durchschnittlichen Effekt von 0,37.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">14<\/a><\/sup> Drake und Kollegen gaben 2013 eine Dosis von 400 Milligramm Koffein null, drei und sechs Stunden vor dem Schlafengehen: alle drei st\u00f6rten den Schlaf messbar im Vergleich zu Placebo, auch die sechs Stunden vorher.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">15<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ricci fand, dass Berufst\u00e4tige mit M\u00fcdigkeit in 65,7 Prozent der Zeit produktive Stunden durch ihre Gesundheit verloren, gegen\u00fcber 26,4 Prozent der Berufst\u00e4tigen ohne M\u00fcdigkeit.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">5<\/a><\/sup> Das ist ein Zusammenhang, keine Ursache, und so steht es in diesen Studien auch.
