BioProfile can change them and will state that on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"bp-exp-lead wp-block-paragraph\">These terms describe what an expert account and a company account on BioProfile cost, what BioProfile does for you, what you do for your clients, and how money that runs through the platform is split and paid out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>An expert account and the company account created with it are free and stay free.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>With an account you have two spaces: the expert space where you work with your clients and the company space where you manage the company and the people in it.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>BioProfile reviews a new expert profile before it goes into the expert directory. You work with your own clients from the first day, whether or not your profile is shown.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>You choose for yourself whether you want to receive clients from BioProfile. You can switch that on and off at any time, and switching it off never moves a client you already have.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>You may keep your profile out of the directory and use BioProfile only to support your own clients.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your own clients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>The clients you bring in yourself are yours. BioProfile takes no commission on them and the software you use with them is free.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>You add your own clients by email address. Each of them gets an account and is asked to do the health scan; nothing is sold to them in your name.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A client has one expert. If a client of yours has to move to someone else, BioProfile support arranges that on request.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clients BioProfile sends you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>If BioProfile sells a plan or a package and that client has not yet chosen an expert, BioProfile can link that client to an expert who is available for it.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>BioProfile keeps a share of what it sells itself. That share is set per sales channel and is shown in your company space before anything is paid out.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If a client chooses you in the expert directory, that is a sale through the directory, with a split of its own.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reviewing a plan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>The software builds an advice plan from the client&#8217;s answers and results. You review it, change what needs changing and confirm it. Nothing goes to a client with your name on it before you confirm.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A plan you review for a client BioProfile has sold is paid per reviewed plan. The amount is a setting, at the moment 15 euros, and BioProfile can change it.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>There is a deadline for reviewing. If a plan is on your to-do list and it is not confirmed within that deadline, BioProfile reminds you; after the extra working days from the setting, the client goes back to BioProfile and another expert is asked.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lab tests and supplements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>You receive commission on lab tests and supplements that are sold through you. The percentage is set per product and is shown with the product.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A lab test is ordered and processed by the laboratory that carries it out. BioProfile passes the result on and changes nothing about it.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>What you advise a client to do with a result is your responsibility.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payout<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>BioProfile collects the money for what is sold through the platform and pays out your share.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>What you have earned is shown in your company space, per calendar month, with what was sold and what you receive.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>BioProfile draws up the invoice for your share on your behalf, from the company details and the account number you fill in yourself. Nothing is paid out as long as those are not filled in.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Tax on what you receive is your own responsibility.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What BioProfile is not<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"bp-exp-rule wp-block-paragraph\">BioProfile does not diagnose. It is a tool for people who already help their clients with their health, and it never replaces a doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>You keep your own professional responsibility for the advice you give and for the relationship with your client.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A title such as doctor is only shown on BioProfile after BioProfile has seen a document that supports that title.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your clients&#8217; data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>A client&#8217;s answers, results and plan belong to that client. You see them because that client is linked to you.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>You use what you see only for that client and never for anything else.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>A client can ask BioProfile to delete an account and everything in it.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stopping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list bp-exp-list\">\n\n<li>You can stop at any time. Your clients keep the plans they already have.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>BioProfile can take a profile out of the directory and can close an account that breaks these terms.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>What has already been earned is simply paid out.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BioProfile can change these terms. The version on this page is the version that applies, and BioProfile states on this page when something has changed.
