The\n   GRID TRACK was the right size all along: at 375 the hero grid measured 335,\n   exactly the section's content box. What overflowed was the grid ITEM. A grid\n   item's default `min-width: auto` gives it an automatic minimum size equal to\n   its min-content width, and the min-content of the hero's head column is the\n   widest unbreakable word in the H1: `ontstekingswaarden` needs 365px at 34px\n   Poppins Bold. So the item laid out 359 wide inside a 335 track and hung 24px\n   out of it, and by 375 the last of that had crossed the screen, where the body\n   clipped it.\n\n   `overflow-wrap: break-word`, declared on that H1 one line above, cannot help\n   and this is the whole trap: by spec it introduces a soft-wrap opportunity for\n   LINE LAYOUT only, never for INTRINSIC sizing. So it never reduced the item's\n   automatic minimum, and inside the oversized item the word then fitted on a\n   line and had no reason to break.\n\n   Measured on the unfixed build at 320 and 375, one rule injected at a time:\n   `min-width: 0`, `hyphens: auto` and `minmax(0, 1fr)` each take the head column\n   back to the track width on their own. Every DESKTOP grid in this sheet already\n   carries `minmax(0, ...)`; the mobile collapse rules had dropped it, which is\n   the reason the fault only ever showed on a phone.\n\n   Two rules therefore, and they do different jobs:\n\n   1. `min-width: 0` on the block containers that are grid or flex items, so an\n      item can never hand a track a minimum bigger than the space there is. This\n      is the guard that makes the class of fault impossible rather than fixing\n      one instance of it. Named containers only, never every div: `min-width: 0`\n      on a flex chip would let it collapse.\n   2. `hyphens: auto` on headings, so that when a Dutch compound still has to\n      break it breaks at a legal syllable with a hyphen instead of snapping\n      mid-morpheme. M\u00e1s alto es siempre m\u00e1s sano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este chequeo entra en la clase de medici\u00f3n A: aqu\u00ed un cuestionario es la manera habitual de medir, porque el estr\u00e9s que sientes es exactamente lo que se mide, y aun as\u00ed la fiabilidad de tu puntuaci\u00f3n sigue limitada a media mientras solo cuenten tus respuestas. Lo que levanta ese techo es la variabilidad de la frecuencia card\u00edaca de un wearable, y un wearable lo puedes a\u00f1adir en tu BioProfile completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tu pantalla de resultados esa fiabilidad aparece como etiqueta al lado de tu puntuaci\u00f3n: fiabilidad media, basada en s\u00edntomas. Cada afirmaci\u00f3n remite a la fuente en la que aparece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-scigrid is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-sci is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El estr\u00e9s se puede medir, y la vara de medir tiene cuarenta a\u00f1os<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cohen, Kamarck y Mermelstein publicaron en 1983 la Perceived Stress Scale, una escala que no cuenta lo que te pasa, sino lo imprevisible, incontrolable y sobrecargada que se siente tu vida.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">1<\/a>,<a href=\"#bronnen\">2<\/a><\/sup> Lee repas\u00f3 en 2012 diecinueve estudios sobre la escala: la versi\u00f3n de diez preguntas fue la que sali\u00f3 mejor, mejor que la de catorce y mucho mejor que la de cuatro.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">3<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los Pa\u00edses Bajos y en Flandes creci\u00f3 al lado una tradici\u00f3n propia. Terluin y colegas desarrollaron en la consulta del m\u00e9dico de familia la Vierdimensionale Klachtenlijst y la comprobaron en diez estudios: la escala de distress, la expresi\u00f3n m\u00e1s general de la carga ps\u00edquica, reconoc\u00eda con una precisi\u00f3n de 0,79 a quien acud\u00eda al m\u00e9dico de familia con un problema psicosocial, y estaba relacionada con el absentismo por enfermedad.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">4<\/a><\/sup> Schaufeli y colegas construyeron en 2020 la Burnout Assessment Tool a partir de entrevistas con 49 terapeutas y la probaron en 1500 personas trabajadoras de Flandes: agotamiento, distancia mental, y menor control emocional y cognitivo como n\u00facleo.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">5<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuatro escalas, una misma idea: el estr\u00e9s es lo que experimentas, y eso se puede medir. Por eso existe este escaneo.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-sci is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 lo que sientes en medio del ajetreo es una mala vara de medir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maslach, Schaufeli y Leiter resumieron en 2001 veinticinco a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n: un burnout es una reacci\u00f3n prolongada a la carga emocional e interpersonal cr\u00f3nica en el trabajo, con el agotamiento, el cinismo y la sensaci\u00f3n de no sacar nada adelante como las tres caracter\u00edsticas.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">6<\/a><\/sup> Prolongada, o sea: no es una mala semana, es un patr\u00f3n que se va formando semana tras semana mientras t\u00fa est\u00e1s dentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Russell y Lightman describieron en 2019 lo que pasa mientras tanto en tu cuerpo: el cortisol se libera en pulsos, sube con el estr\u00e9s agudo y, cuando la carga se prolonga, el patr\u00f3n se desplaza.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">7<\/a><\/sup> Eso no lo mides con una sensaci\u00f3n sobre ayer.
