The\n   GRID TRACK was the right size all along: at 375 the hero grid measured 335,\n   exactly the section's content box. What overflowed was the grid ITEM. A grid\n   item's default `min-width: auto` gives it an automatic minimum size equal to\n   its min-content width, and the min-content of the hero's head column is the\n   widest unbreakable word in the H1: `ontstekingswaarden` needs 365px at 34px\n   Poppins Bold. So the item laid out 359 wide inside a 335 track and hung 24px\n   out of it, and by 375 the last of that had crossed the screen, where the body\n   clipped it.\n\n   `overflow-wrap: break-word`, declared on that H1 one line above, cannot help\n   and this is the whole trap: by spec it introduces a soft-wrap opportunity for\n   LINE LAYOUT only, never for INTRINSIC sizing. So it never reduced the item's\n   automatic minimum, and inside the oversized item the word then fitted on a\n   line and had no reason to break.\n\n   Measured on the unfixed build at 320 and 375, one rule injected at a time:\n   `min-width: 0`, `hyphens: auto` and `minmax(0, 1fr)` each take the head column\n   back to the track width on their own. Every DESKTOP grid in this sheet already\n   carries `minmax(0, ...)`; the mobile collapse rules had dropped it, which is\n   the reason the fault only ever showed on a phone.\n\n   Two rules therefore, and they do different jobs:\n\n   1. `min-width: 0` on the block containers that are grid or flex items, so an\n      item can never hand a track a minimum bigger than the space there is. This\n      is the guard that makes the class of fault impossible rather than fixing\n      one instance of it. Named containers only, never every div: `min-width: 0`\n      on a flex chip would let it collapse.\n   2. `hyphens: auto` on headings, so that when a Dutch compound still has to\n      break it breaks at a legal syllable with a hyphen instead of snapping\n      mid-morpheme. M\u00e1s alto es siempre m\u00e1s sano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este escaneo entra en la clase de medici\u00f3n A: aqu\u00ed un cuestionario es la forma habitual de medir y, aun as\u00ed, la fiabilidad de tu puntuaci\u00f3n se queda en media mientras solo cuenten tus respuestas. Lo que sube ese techo son los datos de sue\u00f1o de un wearable o un estudio del sue\u00f1o, y un wearable lo puedes a\u00f1adir en tu BioProfile completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tu pantalla de resultados esa fiabilidad aparece como etiqueta al lado de tu puntuaci\u00f3n: fiabilidad media, basada en s\u00edntomas. Cada afirmaci\u00f3n remite a la fuente en la que aparece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-scigrid is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-sci is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un tercio de los Pa\u00edses Bajos duerme mal, y casi nadie lo mide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kerkhof present\u00f3 en 2012 un cuestionario de sue\u00f1o validado a una muestra representativa a nivel nacional de 2089 neerlandeses de entre 18 y 70 a\u00f1os. M\u00e1s de tres de cada diez informaron de una alteraci\u00f3n general del sue\u00f1o, m\u00e1s de cuatro de cada diez de dormir poco, y un 8 por ciento cumpl\u00eda la descripci\u00f3n de insomnio.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">1<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ese cuadro no es cosa de los Pa\u00edses Bajos. Ohayon reuni\u00f3 en 2002 m\u00e1s de cincuenta estudios de poblaci\u00f3n: alrededor de un tercio de la poblaci\u00f3n tiene al menos una queja de insomnio, en un 9 a 15 por ciento esa queja tiene adem\u00e1s consecuencias durante el d\u00eda, y alrededor de un 6 por ciento cumple la descripci\u00f3n m\u00e1s estricta de insomnio.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">2<\/a><\/sup> Van Someren calific\u00f3 en 2021 el insomnio como el segundo trastorno mental m\u00e1s frecuente.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">3<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tres de cada diez, y casi nadie tiene una cifra para ello. Por eso existe este escaneo.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-sci is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 tu percepci\u00f3n de la noche es una mala vara de medir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Harvey y Tang reunieron en 2012 la investigaci\u00f3n sobre la percepci\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o. Las personas con molestias de sue\u00f1o sobrestiman de forma sistem\u00e1tica cu\u00e1nto tiempo pasan en vela y subestiman cu\u00e1nto duermen en realidad, en comparaci\u00f3n con las mediciones objetivas. Esa tendencia es casi general, aunque no es universal.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">4<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por eso ning\u00fan instrumento serio del sue\u00f1o pregunta por una sola noche. Buysse y colegas construyeron en 1989 el Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index en torno a un mes y siete componentes, desde el tiempo que se tarda en dormirse hasta el funcionamiento durante el d\u00eda, y mostraron que ese tipo de autoinforme estructurado distingue a quienes duermen bien de quienes duermen mal.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">5<\/a><\/sup> Las preguntas de este esc\u00e1ner siguen la misma idea: un patr\u00f3n de dos semanas, dividido en los componentes que importan.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bp-scan-sci is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por qu\u00e9 precisamente estas cinco<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Insomnia Severity Index de Morin consta de siete preguntas sobre las dos \u00faltimas semanas. Morin y colegas lo pusieron a prueba en 2011 con 959 personas de la poblaci\u00f3n y 183 personas en tratamiento: la consistencia interna fue de 0,90 y 0,91, y la puntuaci\u00f3n distingu\u00eda el insomnio del sue\u00f1o sano con un valor de corte publicado.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">6<\/a><\/sup> Bastien y colegas ya hab\u00edan mostrado en 2001 que la escala acompa\u00f1a a los diarios de sue\u00f1o y al estudio del sue\u00f1o, y que recoge el cambio despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">7<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gagnon y colegas lo repitieron en 2013 con 410 pacientes en la consulta del m\u00e9dico de familia, con una consistencia interna de 0,92.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">8<\/a><\/sup> Y como este escaneo lo rellenas online: Thorndike y colegas compararon en 2011 la versi\u00f3n online con la de papel y encontraron una correlaci\u00f3n de 0,98 o m\u00e1s.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">9<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestras cinco preguntas siguen el constructo y el periodo de referencia de esa escala, con palabras propias. Un estudio del sue\u00f1o en el laboratorio est\u00e1 para detectar otros problemas de sue\u00f1o cuando hay motivo para ello, como las pausas en la respiraci\u00f3n mientras duermes.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">10<\/a><\/sup> Buysse describi\u00f3 en 2013 en JAMA el mismo orden: lo que un m\u00e9dico determina se desprende de la historia y de un diario de sue\u00f1o, y el insomnio afecta, seg\u00fan estimaciones, a entre un 10 y un 20 por ciento de las personas, en alrededor de la mitad de forma prolongada.\u2060<sup class=\"bp-scan-sup\"><a href=\"#bronnen\">11<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un cuestionario es, por tanto, un buen primer filtro, y un primer filtro no es lo mismo que un resultado. Una puntuaci\u00f3n baja significa que merece la pena mirar m\u00e1s all\u00e1, y nada m\u00e1s.
