Up to 166 values (biomarkers) from one blood draw, at a draw point near you. Your result is in your BioProfile app and is always checked by a doctor.

Your blood values do not stand still. They move with how you eat, sleep and move, and with your age.
One measurement shows where you stand now. Only when you measure more often do you see which way a blood value is going.
Every new result sits next to the previous one in your app. So you see whether what you change also shows in your blood, and you discuss it with your expert or your doctor.

That is how early you can measure changes in the body, before they become visible or felt. The earlier you are there, the better.
Example: In a British study researchers followed 6,538 people. In those later found to have too high a blood sugar, their insulin sensitivity (an indicator) was already falling in the 5 years before. Fasting insulin and HOMA-IR tests in every package.

Only with a larger loss of an (organ) function (or the onset of an imbalance) do clear symptoms appear, while this could be measured in the blood much earlier. Identify problems while they are still small.
Example: People often only get complaints when their kidneys work at about 30 percent or less. A test of your kidney function (eGFR) is in every package.

That is how often European experts advise every adult to have lipoprotein(a) measured. More than 90 percent of its level is set by your genes. It is in BioProfile 167.

Each dot is one value (biomarker). A value that belongs to two areas stands in both.
Your result goes into your BioProfile app, next to your scan and your plan. Per blood value you see your result next to the laboratory’s range, and whether you fall within or outside it.
With every new test a point is added. So you follow a blood value over months and years, in one graph.
With every package a doctor reviews your result. That review is with your result in the app.
If a blood value deviates so strongly that you need to know straight away, the medical team contacts you directly.
If a blood value is a reason to see your GP, the review says so.
The doctor reviews your blood values. Treatment or lifestyle advice is not part of it.
More than 670 draw points run by 23 laboratories across the Netherlands. You choose the draw point that suits you best.
At some draw points you walk in during opening hours. At others you book online at a time that suits you.
Your referral is arranged for you. You receive your referral letter by e-mail and bring it, together with your ID.
At the draw point a professional draws your blood. Then you are done.
Choose your province. With every draw point you see which laboratory draws there, whether you can walk in or book, and a link to the route in Google Maps. The current opening hours are there too.
Up to three trips for one blood test. That costs a lot of time.
One trip. No package, no post office, no blood in the post. So you keep your time for other things.

Bicarbonate (in BioProfile 127 and 167) is not sold at bloedwaardentest.nl, nor are parathyroid hormone and urine microalbumin (in BioProfile 167). For those two packages their total is the cheapest route to every other blood value.

Some of the biomarkers are not measured separately but calculated from blood values in the same package, such as HOMA-IR from your fasting glucose and insulin. Every package says how many are measured and how many calculated.
