In einer amerikanischen Studie unter 95 Erwachsenen, die ein Ergebnis in ihrem Online-Patientenportal angesehen hatten, erhielten fast zwei Drittel (63 Prozent) keinerlei Erklärung dazu. 46 Prozent suchten danach selbst online nach mehr Informationen.[1]
